This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to astrology consulting and mentoring services provided by:

This policy is in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

1. Right of Withdrawal (Article 49)

According to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, clients who purchase services online may exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from:

• the date of service contracting; or

• the date of payment confirmation.

If cancellation occurs within this period, the client is entitled to a full refund, provided the service has not been fully performed.

2. Cancellation After Service Has Begun

2.1 Before the Scheduled Session

If cancellation is requested before the scheduled session takes place, the amount paid will be fully refunded, subject to the payment platform’s processing deadlines.

 

2.2 After Personalized Preparation Has Begun

Astrology mentoring and consulting services are personalized, and may involve:

• Natal chart analysis

• Technical preparation

• Individual study

• Written report preparation

If cancellation occurs after technical preparation has demonstrably begun, a proportional refund may be issued based on work already performed.

 

2.3 After Full Service Delivery

After the full completion of the session or delivery of materials, refunds will not be issued, except in cases of proven service failure as provided by law.

 

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Requests made less than 24 hours prior may be considered as a completed session, except in duly justified exceptional situations.

4. Service Defects

If a relevant failure in service provision is identified, the client may request:

• Re-performance of the service;

• Correction of the issue;

• Proportional price reduction;

• Or refund, as applicable under Brazilian law.

Claims must be made within 30 days, as established by law.

5. General Provisions

By purchasing services through www.mentoriastrologica.com, the client declares that they have read and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
